2025 CME Conference – Multispecialty Clinical Updates

Building on the success of the inaugural conference, the second APPNA-NEO CME Conference was held in February 2025 at the Marriott Cleveland East. The conference embraced a multispecialty approach, bringing together experts from a wide range of medical disciplines to present the latest advances in clinical practice, research, and patient care. Once again, the event attracted more than 80 attendees, including practicing physicians, residents, fellows, medical students, and undergraduate students, all eager to engage in interdisciplinary learning and collaboration.

A major highlight of the 2025 conference was the introduction of the inaugural research poster session, which showcased the academic achievements of the next generation of healthcare professionals. Researchers from diverse educational backgrounds submitted high-quality scientific abstracts, with the top ten posters selected for oral presentations before conference attendees. The poster competition provided a valuable platform for undergraduate students, medical students, residents, and fellows to present innovative research, receive constructive feedback from experienced physicians, and foster meaningful academic collaborations. The overwhelming success of the poster session established it as an important and anticipated component of future APPNA-NEO CME conferences.
